President and manager of operations at the Tucson office, Mark brings
a wealth of expertise to his projects — particularly groundwater
recharge investigations, where he uses not only his technical skills but
also his extensive experience in regulatory permitting and planning. He
has led numerous recharge feasibility assessments, characterizing candidate
recharge sites, analyzing data from pumping and injection tests, and developing
predictive models. His other recent accomplishments include demonstrating
100-year Assured Water Supplies for several Arizona communities and assessing
the feasibility of dewatering operations for a mine in Seville, Spain.
Mark has received awards for his contributions to the Tucson Regional
Water Council and the Tucson Active Management Area Regional Recharge
Committee.
