Profile
Juliet brings technical capabilities not only to M&A’s hydrogeology practice but also to our new Water Resource Policy & Economics group. With experience in the western U.S. and New England, her work has focused on developing sustainable groundwater supplies for municipal agencies, public water companies, and private entities. In this capacity, Juliet worked on water-supply feasibility assessments, aquifer tests in fractured bedrock systems, groundwater withdrawal permitting, production well drilling and design, state and federal drinking water regulation compliance, and environmental site investigations. Juliet has experience managing interstate water resources and coordinating the interests of multiple jurisdictions. She has been involved in public outreach efforts regarding issues relevant to groundwater supplies and water conservation. She is a registered geologist in Arizona, California, Washington, and Idaho.
