Profile
Jeff’s
background in soil science has been indispensable to a wide array of environmental
projects and recharge feasibility investigations since he joined M&A
in 1988. In addition to vadose zone testing and modeling, he has designed
and implemented soil vapor monitoring systems to characterize contaminants
and provide data for optimizing remediation strategies. He has worked
on several Superfund sites, interfacing with regulators and providing
technical support for remediation systems based on soil venting and other
innovative technologies. As the technical lead on several groundwater
recharge investigations, Jeff has obtained and analyzed field data in
support of regulatory permitting and facility design requirements. In
1996 and 1997, he served on ADEQ’s Cleanup Standards / Policy Task
Force.
