Profile
Joel recently joined M&A, helping to initiate our Water Resource Engineering group. He brings with him broad experience in water and wastewater treatment. Joel’s accomplishments include developing a state-of-the-art treatment system to address wastewater challenges at a semiconductor foundry and designing a brine recovery system for an industrial facility that follows Zero Liquid Discharge practices. Joel also has experience with environmental permitting and regulatory compliance for water, wastewater, and other media. In addition, he has substantial experience with groundwater, soils, and vadose zone remediation projects.
