Profile
Although
Dennis is a relative newcomer to M&A, he brings a wealth of experience
to his positions as Vice President and Operations Manager of our Scottsdale
Office. He is also the corporate Director of M&A’s Environmental
Business Practice. For much of his career, he has served as Project Coordinator
for one of the largest groundwater remedial actions in the U.S. under
Superfund. Prior to joining us in 2002, he held positions at SRP and at
Motorola, where his responsibilities included overseeing all technical
work required to support remedial investigations and actions, litigation,
cost allocations, and settlement negotiations. Dennis has also led strategic
planning efforts, assessed environmental liability and financial risks,
and served as liaison with regulatory personnel, tribal authorities, and
water purveyors. A former President and officer of the Arizona Hydrological
Society, he participated in the Comparative Environmental Risk Management
Project at the bequest of Governor Rose Mofford.
