Victor, P.G., HydrogeologistQualifications at a Glance » 28 years of experience Specialty areas: Environmental assessment and remediation, hydrogeologic characterization, mining hydrology, groundwater development Profile During a career that has spanned nearly 30 years, Bill has consulted on hundreds of diverse projects, including many high-profile Superfund investigations, water adequacy evaluations, and mining-related hydrologic assessments. In addition to managing and overseeing all aspects of environmental projects, he routinely interfaces with regulatory agencies, provides expert testimony, and develops innovative technical approaches. He has extensive experience designing wells and well fields, both in the southwest and Chile, for a variety of applications. One unique aspect of his skill set is training in the use of borehole geophysics. A prequalified consultant under the Arizona Underground Storage Tank State Assurance Fund Program, Bill has written parts of ADEQ’s Arsenic Master Plan and worked with various state-level task forces to develop more meaningful standards and better investigative procedures. As a member of the Well Construction Regulations Committee, he reviewed and revised regulations for the well drilling industry in Arizona.
