A fluent Spanish speaker, Joseph provides analytical and field support for a range of projects at M&A. He specializes in using field, analytical, and numerical methods to characterize hydrogeologic conditions in the near surface and vadose zone for environmental and recharge projects. He also characterizes the water supply potential of aquifers. In addition, Joseph has experience applying innovative approaches to groundwater remediation projects. He won two awards for his pilot-scale tests of in-situ chemical oxidation: the 2000 Raytheon Innovation Award and the 2001 National Ground Water Association commendation for an outstanding project.
