Profile
Jeff has the distinction of having received several prestigious scholarships; he was the Halpenny Intern-Scholar in 2007 and the Rukilla Memorial Scholar from 2006–2008. He also brings us specialized skills in the area of isotope analysis — a valuable addition to traditional methods for estimating recharge sources, residence times, and flow paths.
A proficient ArcGIS user, Jeff has helped design conceptual hydrologic models at both the local and regional scales. In addition, he was involved in several City of Tucson projects, including a review of Phase I and II environmental site statements for brownfield sites.
